We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Sales Director to join our growing commercial team. The Sales Director is responsible for generating new business with large customers while also finding and bringing more integration partners into our partner program. You will be an evangelist for the Veracity Industrial Networks platform.

To realize the above goals, you may also work closely with our customers and partners, build relationships, become a trusted advisor, promote product adoption, help achieve their goals, and assist in overcoming their operational challenges.

With customers, you will seek out decision makers, understand their issues, and evangelize our products.  With partners, you will seek out new partners, help them become effective product evangelists, manage our relationship with them, and drive new business. With Veracity, you will be a customer advocate, report back learnings, give input to the product roadmap, and be encouraged to generate content that drives new business and helps our customers be successful.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Be a product evangelist
  2. Be a prospector and a closer – new clients and new system integrator partners; build backlog and meet revenue targets
  3. Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders
  4. Own the sales funnel; track sales metrics; communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders

Secondary, supporting Responsibilities

  1. This role puts you in the center of the organization as the key advocate able to reach across teams to help the customer be successful
  2. Coordinate and ensure an exceptional customer experience through the customer lifecycle
  3. Address customers’ requests; proactively resolve issues and make sure they manage to avoid problems
  4. Manage customer expectations while holding them accountable
  5. Be the internal champion; make it your business to know who to lean on for assistance within Veracity; know when to sound the alarm
  6. Engage with Product Management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions
  7. Identify service opportunities & training needs
  8. Conduct business reviews a few times a year

Required Qualifications:

  1. 2-4 years industrial sales experience – doing/closing sales, not leading sales teams.
  2. A personal network which includes system integrators and/or network installation businesses so that relationships speed up our long-term sales cycle.
  3. Technical Acumen: Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) cybersecurity experience is required
  4. Customer-first attitude; a likeable, inquisitive listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
  5. Willingness to travel 50-60%

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in networks or security at an industrial company such as an energy or manufacturing company (on the Enterprise security side is perfectly acceptable and relevant)
  2. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects; well organized; good time-management skills
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit
  4. Insatiable curiosity
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

The Networking QA Engineer will join the Net-Optix product testing team to work creating and executing a comprehensive QA process including both manual and automated tests. The Networking QA Engineer will work as an integral member of the team to assure a high-quality product. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of how networks operate.

Responsibilities

  • Employ best practices in engineering, test strategy, and test management to develop comprehensive testing frameworks and infrastructure for both automated and manual tests
  • Focus on both application quality and security
  • Work closely with research and product teams to improve the testability of code
  • Generate test plans for new features
  • Triage test failures, report, and track bugs found
  • Effectively communicate issues to peers and leaders
  • Work with external contractors to conduct testing of new features and regression testing of existing functionality

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of network experience
  • Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN), OpenFlow, Open vSwitch (OVS), Mininet, TCP/IP, VLANs, L2 Switching
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Insatiable curiosity
  • Network certifications or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Familiarity with SSL, TLS and HTTPS is a plus
  • Familiarity with iproute2, Netcat & Iperf
